As a development engineer for two [COUNTRY] automotive giants ([COMPANY NAME] & [COMPANY NAME]), I have gained comprehensive end-to-end product life cycle experience, especially in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Post-MBA, my short-term goal is to gain experience in different industry domain projects, including business development, strategy, leadership, sustainable efforts, etc. To achieve this goal, I would like to leverage my industry experience and place myself at the forefront to transfer my skills into strategy and leadership roles and work towards becoming an associate or consultant in Bain and Company, Axil partners, or similar consultancies.
This short-term goal in consulting would provide me with a valuable opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of projects within a condensed timeframe. This experience would enable me to rapidly develop my skills, expand my industry knowledge, and learn from experienced consultants. The guidance and mentorship of senior partners would be instrumental in accelerating my career growth and positioning me for future leadership roles.
SBS's commitment to developing ethical, responsible, and global leaders aligns perfectly with my career aspirations to create a positive impact in the world. By transitioning into management consulting, I aim to help organisations address pressing challenges and develop sustainable, innovative solutions. My goal is to leverage my experience in the Automotive industry, coupled with the insights gained during my MBA, to contribute meaningfully to a more equitable and sustainable future

Fitness and outdoor activities play a significant role in my life, contributing to my physical and mental well-being while fostering my personal growth. Engaging in beginner-level Olympic-style lifting keeps me disciplined and focused, providing a target-oriented activity that challenges me to be present in the moment.
Running has been a consistent passion since my undergraduate days. Primarily I started to run to become healthy, charity events in the office, and I signed up for the [CITY] Marathon where I fundraised for [PERSON’S NAME] Charity for Blood cancer support) close to 1000£. Apart from that, I also volunteered for the charity [CHARITY NAME] during my post-graduation in [CITY NAME]. The idea was to create a database of donors and patients and bring awareness among the students to become stem cell donors and further help in saving lives. In Feb 2018, I was grateful to be potentially matched with a Leukaemia patient and made my life noble to help someone save their life. Unfortunately, the efforts were not enough and the whole setback experience made me numb for a while but gave me a valuable lesson that how precious life is.

There is something about the feeling of uncertainty that is daunting, yet thrilling. Unsettling yet empowering. Intimidating yet enticing. Many decisions in my life have been made by simply looking for the answer to “I wonder what would happen if...”. Taking the decision that leads into something unknown, unpredictable or unconventional – experiencing that particular, infrequent feeling is when I truly feel alive. For me, nothing is more satisfying than seeing the unlikely come to fruition.
Arriving to Pamplona, Spain to the Running of the Bulls festival, I had only one thing on my mind – run the damn race. 25 at the time, I was traveling with two 30-year-olds who I had met online that harbored a more cautious approach to these types of experiences. Assuring me they would complete the race, their apprehensiveness began to impede their sense of false confidence after laying eyes on the 6 1,000 lb bulls waiting to be unleashed into the street. Minutes away from the race commencing, the marshal began to close the race entrance. Faced with living a bucket list moment or just being a spectator, my decision became more obvious as the seconds counted down. I ran into the street just as the gate was locked shut. The siren howled, and I began to literally run for my life.
Months later, I met my then-girlfriend in Melbourne whom was on exchange from Mexico. After doing long distance for 16 months, a decision had to be taken – move to Mexico or break up forever. Again, intrigued by the unknown of what was to come, I bought the one-way ticket. 7 years later, my then-girlfriend is my now-wife and I firmly believe that embracing uncertainty and following an unconventional path is when I feel most alive.
