Kyle Krancher, Personal Trainer for Mental Performance
Kyle ran collegiate Track & Field, winning 2 state titles back to back while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Since then, Kyle has been Head Coach and Senior Manager of 2 successful gyms, competed at the national level in Olympic Weightlifting, started several exercise programs to empower underserved youth, and established his own remote coaching business.
Kyle’s personalized fitness training plans incorporate a few key elements. First, mind and body are closely connected and mental goals are closely tied to physical goals. Second, it’s important to keep workouts short and efficient, maximizing the benefit that you get out of each session. Third, anyone can reap the benefits of exercise -- he’s worked with people at all levels of fitness, with access to varying amount of space and equipment.
Finally, the key to success is developing a healthy relationship with exercise. He helps his clients see how great it is that they get to exercise, rather than feeling like they have to exercise.
