Kyle ran collegiate Track & Field, winning back-to-back state titles while earning a B.A. in Psychology. Since then, Kyle has been Head Coach and Senior Manager of 2 successful gyms, competed at the national level in Olympic Weightlifting, started exercise programs to empower underserved youth, and established his own remote coaching business.

Brandee Hommerding is a Denver-based expert in holistic nutrition. She is driven by her passion to help clients find sustainable ways to cultivate lasting wellness. She focuses on identifying the root causes of symptoms, and incorporates research-backed approaches to nutrition for mental performance.

Jenny Forman, PhD, is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in practicing and teaching mindfulness meditation. As a mindfulness coach, she helps her clients transform their relationship with anxiety and stress, allowing them to perform their best when faced with inevitable challenges.
